Just a couple days ago, I went to San Jose alone to see Matt Skiba & Chuck Ragan at a place called Macla. I guess it's a lation art center, very intimate. today was pretty tight at the zoo. this kid came up to me and i asked him if he wanted to see the hyena skull. he told me he'd already seen it and he knew a lot about hyenas because they're one of his favorites. another favorite of his is sharks. same with me, i love hyenas and sharks. this kid is like 10 or something and we're both talking ( Read more... ) -
It's hard not to surrender
Sometimes you just have to work with people you don't like. Fortunately for me this will only be for a couple more days. But it's hard when a whole group disagrees with one person, but that person is the oldest and has already taken charge of the project and you don't want to hurt their feelings. So I'm just home rolling around in bed trying to figure out what to do besides eat RITZ crackers with Easy Cheese. It's a late day for me at work (430-1030).
