Awhile ago I bought a large box of antique/vintage laces and trims. I have only scratched the surface of what was in there, I found a fun use: adorning velvet blazers. Does anyone know if we are faced with an electronic voting machine can we still ask for a paper ballot???

I now have my very own can-o-worms composting bin! I just put 1000 red wigglers into it and can't wait to start feeding it kitchen scraps! This is sooo friggen cool.
It was a little strange opening a package of worms and I admit I was a bit freaked out, but actually they are kinda cute! :)

Must get the book: worms eat my garbage.

Soooo have a craving for mashed tatters. Got potatoes and green onions and vegan butter. Nom Nom Nom. Now I have to find the strength to mash them...
But I am hungry, for the first time in a week! :)

I hate insurance. Hate Hate Hate. I drove to downtown LA yesterday mid afternoon, down the clogged 10 freeway. Its 3 o'clock, all lanes moving at a swift 15 mph. My head is about to explode. I slept 11 hours last night. Bits a on a off, mostly on though. I just took a 2.5 hour nap. Hummm...how the hell am I still tired! The flu. Damn you!!!! Tomorrow if I am still dizzy and weak I will go to urgent care. I have had yet to find a doctor in Southern Cal, so urgent care it is. Hopefully everything is ok.
