The retreat was fun. The place is incredibly nice, and the lake is beautiful. I was so tired when i got home i just went to my bed and listened to music and slept for a couple of hours. I've started rowing again. love love love. It's so nice to be out on the river. The crew found it it was my birthday and threw me into the river. and brian wendry the head coach has the same brithday as me...weirdddd. So i dont know if anyone has seen it but morgan spurlock, the dude that did supersize me, well he has his onw tv show called 30 days. At first i saw the commericals and i though itd be stupid, but i hope they keep it on going.
