I didn't sleep at all last night. I just laid there tossing and turning, unable to shut my mind off. Around the time I had to get up for class, I finally came to my decision. Oh God.

I slept on it, and now it feels like an arranged marriage. This is not how I thought my life would turn out. I have such a bad feeling about all of it, and yet there's no way that I can not do this.

God, help me. I'm not the person I thought I was.

I'm no longer moving to Oregon, since I nearly had my soul devoured by my father when I told him about my plans. I'm stuck in Florida for at least another two years before I get the hell out of this country...unless I decide to get my Masters ( Read more... )

Why is it that the thing that I've wanted the most and for the longest time is the thing that is the farthest away from me? I feel like I'm working toward all the wrong goals and drowning in jealousy. How odd, I never used to be jealous, and I definitely don't enjoy the feeling.
