It's Easter....

So it's Easter and for the first time in my life I didn't go anywhere or nobody came over for it. It was me and my Mom and my sister. We had a tasty dinner that my Mom made just for us, it was quite good. I also got my candy and junk from "The Easter Bunny," hahaha, good ol' bunny man. So that was kinda nice, I wish I could have seen my Aunt

You will always have to follow orders all of your life. When you get a job when you get married when you jump in your car to drive when you break the law, etc, etc, etc. No way of getting around it. You will always have to be accountable to someone or something. Sorry, your analogy isn't that simple. ta ta

Why would life be depressing? If you don't believe in God, you shouldn't be saying life is depressing. Or do you think there should be more to life?

i kinda know what you mean about the whole lack of god figure in your life, allan. here's how i see it though, most people use their god figure as a crutch to get through everyday life, depending on "it" for their happiness instead of working for it and finding it themselves. in the end, you are the better person for not needing that crutch in life. it makes you stronger. i don't know if that helps you any if you're down on that, but it's input, so whatev.

also, for me, the only reason that life can be depressing and shit is that people seem to be evolving for the worse, and other times same old shit just gets way too damn predictable and that lack of excitement and reason to live can just wear on your mind a bit.

i think all u need are good friends and family, but that can get depressing when you dont know who ur good friends are and ur families kinda in shambles.
