It was funny how this story came to me last week and then there was the prompt! It was as though Gary had read my mind!

Yeah, I kinda jumped the gun by writing a fairy tale last week, so I had to do something, um, different this week.

I think it's interesting that Gary used this prompt given just how many fairy stories have been submitted this season. And it's certainly interesting seeing where people have taken it in order to avoid doing the obvious! Your entry was very creative.
