Who in the hell invented headaches???

I haven't blogged or been anywhere near a computer much lately because I have been getting these god awful migraines that I just can't shake no matter what I take for them. If I don't have a migraine I have got a constant headache that literally does not go away....I go to bed with a headache and I wake through the night with one only to still ( Read more... )

That is not good, Allie. Could it be something muscular??? I know sometimes I get headaches that do not go away no matter what I take or how much I sleep I have - I used to get them regularly when I was teaching, and I noticed that they happened at the same time as my neck muscles were really sore. My friend gave me some medication that had a muscle relaxant in it once and the headache went away. Maybe a relaxing massage would help? Even if it doesn't help the headaches, a massage might be good anyway? I hope somebody can find the source of your troubles...

Thanks bill, I am always redecoratind something. I love to reinvent and rejuvinate. I hate things being the same all the time. My poor husband has come home and literally tripped over furniture because I have moved it and he has come home in the dark and not know what the hell is going on.

Thanks K, I think I might go and raid the medicine chest and see if I can find some celebrex or something similiar, fingers crossed I don't wake up with a sore head.

I have never been to a chiropracter...are they good? I am just not sure about them, it's just that I have heard some bad things about them in the past.

I hope you find the reason for the headaches soon Allie. Try a physio before you try a chiro. If it's muscular then a physio is a better choice and they'll be able to say if it's skeletal and refer you on to a good chiro.
