 Being an art teacher RULES. I have now been teaching art to K-8 students at a Catholic school for 2 weeks now. I go two times per week, and I absolutely love it. I think any job where you get LOTS of hugs is awesome!

First off, there has not been an art teacher in over a year at this school. Before that, there was no art teacher. The kids WANT art

I hope you can keep this level of enthusiasm up for the years to come. This is what all students need from their teachers.
Also, can I throw in here???...keep up your classroom mngment. First week, sometimes longer, is the honeymoon period. It many times goes south from there. Keep rules and expectations up. It sounds like you got a great gig!!!!
