I really don't want to offend anyone and I really don't think you are the audience that needs to hear this, but maybe it's time to spread the word. It really is not appropriate to always respond to what people tell you with a story about yourself. It's what we do, I get it, it's part of talking...but, it's not always the best choice.

Well, I finally did it. I am no longer a teacher, so I joined Facebook. It's a much more active community. In fact, too active as I haven't done anything else today. I might need to set a timer. I guess gardening is a good sport for me
I know I am a overweight and out of shape, but I do easily carry a 30 pound child around - so I am wondering...why I am I getting such an extreme workout every time I garden? I wake up stiff and feel like I ran a marathon. I threw my back out a few weeks ago and now the problem keeps coming back here and there. Should I see someone? I want to ( Read more... ) -

I need a job!
I just applied for jobs at 3 districts near by. Oh god, please hope something sticks! I have spent hours filling out apps. If you are not a teacher, then you may not know the hoops we jump to get an interview, but it's extensive. At best, 15 mins, the worst - hours...
Some of these were brutal today, but at least I am done! -

There are no jobs to apply for - always looking ahead even though I don't see anything right now.

Writer's Block: AKA
I liked the title of a song - it's by Esthero. Good song, thought it had a truth. Ok, no, it wasn't that deep. It's generic which is an aspect of this medium that I enjoy. I want people here to get to know me, but I am glad we will probably never meet, you know? This is like penpals when I was in junior high. Just a new form.
