#1 - Art teachers, how many of you have had to actually show your education philosophy at some pt in the process of finding a job? I
#2 - Where exactly did I misplace my college transcripts...

There are no jobs to apply for - always looking ahead even though I don't see anything right now.

Oh well.

schoolspring.com is how I found my job.

I was also required to submit my philosophy after I was hired but before I started. It's so much BS it's not even funny, but it's good cause I had to turn it in for a class I'm taking (yay easy homework!)

That website is good, but one of our local colleges has the best resource for looking for work. I know I am looking in the right places for work. It's just the reality of our country right now.
I am working on my philo just in case it comes up. I can throw it in my portfolio and at least show I want a job.
I applied for a job last year and I wrote a short one that answered their questions. That's the problem. Each school has it's own set of essay questions. I just have to save my answers so I can copy and paste...that is if I can find something to apply for!
BTW, I wrote one in my undergrad too, but those things get out of date as your experience changes.
