Makes the victim hallucinate. The hallucinations tend to play on their worst fears, frighten them, confuse them.

I've never been hit with the stuff, or seen it, though. I've only heard stories.

I don't think you'd be all too happy with the results, Scarecrow. Fear does not do much for me.

That's so sad; I almost feel sorry that you're shut off from that magnificent state of mind.

It can't kill you to try. Not yet, anyway; someday soon, though, with a bit of work and a touch of luck-- maybe I can have Mr. Dent's, since he's not using it.
