There's something really sad about finishing a good book.

it's like getting out of a really hard but great relationship (not that i would Really know... right...)

So, i finished this Harry Potter book, and was, as I usually am with ( Read more... )

This might be a joke, but I completely understand the sadness of finishing a book. It's accentuated by Harry Potter because you know they're limited -- only one more left. I actually found myself not wanting to binge-read book six, just so I would have it longer.

at work, every customer thats reading a book while eating alone is totally reading harry potter. i don't know what thats supposed to say.

That quote from The Neverending Story just made me teary-eyed. Sooo Good!!!!! I used to think that whenever I put down a book that I had been reading, the characters in the book would immediately start talking shit about me. I'm serious too. I was a paranoid child.
