The first group run for the FB group turned out well. About 7 people came out for a run in the freezing fog over snowpacked trail. It was a challenge in the snow - i think i was using muscles i haven't used in a long time to not fall in some of the loose snow. feels good though! also had the opportunity to see about 15 deer running through the ( Read more... )
