it's a lot easier to look at college graduation stuff than it was high school. i can't wait to order my cap and gown and tassle and such. just let me go!
on the other hand, i miss concert band. and listening to Lincolnshire Posy isn't helping. oh, Grainger.

i hate checking accounts.
but i love teaching.
and i love days off.
and i love fall in indiana and driving around and looking at the leaves.
and full moons after beautiful days.
which today will be. :)

the most flattering thing i've ever been asked:

"Miss Bonfils, will you come sit with us?"

...from one of the 8th grade flute girls. who hated me a month ago. who asked for my picture with her as we were leaving for the busses yesterday.

i'm so lucky i get to do this for the rest of my life.
