Dude, no need to worry about the RIAA anymore, it turns out that the way they obtained all their user information to track random people down was unconstitutional, so all charges are dropped.

Apparently, what they did was simply a matter of directly connecting to a user the same way you do when you're downloading something on Kazaa, except that when they did, they illegaly obtained confidential information from your IP number, i.e. your name/address. Huzzah for the judicial system.
