Was down to 122.5, had one bad day and no time at the gym so 124 this morning. Trying hard to limit intake without going overboard, too many comments on being this lately (lies). Hope everyone is doing well

I really can't eat anymore. When I do, not only do I feel guilty and depressed and physically weighed down and sick, my stomach will be overly distended for a day or two after. Last time I looked I was at 125, which means about 10-15 pounds until I'm something like satisfied.

Ate yesterday, two meals like a normal person. Woke up feeling bloated, looking bloated and distended. I feel like a freak. I know one day cannot have ruined all the progress I've made, but I just don't believe it. It feels like I have to start back at square one now. Yesterday was the first day in a week where in ate and didn't throw up. More because it wasn't possible than anything else. Woke up feeling like shit. Last weigh in had me at 126. I just want to drink my coffee and get high and fade away.

130 as of yesterday. Gained back a pound, but I'm hoping some of it's muscle since I've been good about working out the past few weeks. I either get up to work out at home in the morning (crunches, squats, planks and free weights) or go to the gym and run and lift. The number matters, but I just want to be thin.
