i havent been to the cape in yeaaarss. i should go. lol..if you fear bridges and rotarys, don't come to rockport. rockport and some of gloucester are an island, so you have to drive over a bridge to get to it..and if your coming from the high way when you get off the bridge right down the road is a rotary lol...and then a little bit further down the road is another one <33
i love dancing, i can't wait till i can go clubbing haha
I have a nasty fear of bridges and rotaries, BUT, it really depends on the height and appearance of the bridge and how busy the rotary is.
Under certain conditions I am able to get a grip on my fear. For instance, the Fairhaven bridge connecting Fairhaven and New Bedford is a piece of pie. I'm really not afraid of driving over it at all. The Braga bridge in Fall River is scary not because it's that high, but mostly because it's sketchy looking.
There are some rotaries I can do too, but the rotaries on the Cape are ridiculous, especially now, because they're so busy. They require you to think fast, and my brain is very slow. But, in all honesty, if I was forced to drive through one of them, I could do it. But you could expect me to circle that friggin' thing a few times before I finally get onto the right exit.
Sorry that I haven't posted a comment in so long, but I do read your posts. (btw- thanks for keeping me on your friends list!)
I remembered you said you have acid reflux. The burping thing got me concerned, since you say you've been burping a lot recently, or rather a lot all the time. (create a cacopony of burpage. *buuuuuuuurp* <---haha, that was funny though) Do they feel like incomplete burps, (that can sometimes go on like hiccups) where you feel you have to pat your back like a baby to help them come out better? If it is, this may be your gallbladder acting up. This happened all last year with me, (it's a symptom of gallbladder disease that gets confused with acid reflux) but I just had my gallbladder removed last month. They were loud too, not the normal kind where you can control their noise. Just thought I'd let you know, just in case it is those type or burps.
Aww don't worry about comments sweetie. I always read your posts, so I didn't want to take you off.
Most of the time I burp it's complete burps, but I do know what you're talking about, because I get them too and had never even thought that there may be a possibility of my gall bladder acting up. Wow, that's really interesting.
I think I'll definitely be more aware of it, considering I've had family members in the past who've had a problem with their gall bladder so I mean, anythings a possibility.
Sorry that you had to go through all that. I've had friends who've had problems with their gall bladder in the past, and I've seen first hand how uncomfortable they were.
I'll definitely think about making a doctor's appointment and checking it out.

Isn't that right?

But, in my opinion, when a person is screaming and pleading you not to do so because they're that scared... well... that's just cruel.
:-\
You ought to be ashamed... all of you.
