as it turns out, toasted bagels are not a good medium for a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

So today, in the District, it was over 70 degrees. Pretty nice day. On my walk home from work, I saw a lot of people jogging and a lot of people walking dogs. The increase in joggers makes sense, the warm weather gives people motivation to get out and exercise. But this increase in dog walking... where are these dogs in the winter?
