Seventeen! Wow! And not a single clunker among them. You certainly disproved my early warnings about mass production.
Was "By Falling In And In" last year then?
My favourite story of yours is of course "A Dim Capacity For Wings" and "Last Bright routes" packs a serious angst wallop which is always a good thing in my book. And I loved your Ellen character in "This Her Fever."
I'm also very fond of the Scully/Byers one because you made work something that seemed impossible. Same with Samson. I also loved the Facebook one because it was so hilarious and clever.
Lately I've been pondering an early season fic though.
*slow Cheshire Cat grin*
This year I wrote....erm...two short stories, yeah, that's it. Boy, I know I'm a slow writer on account of being foreign and all but still, looking at that list makes me feel like a serious underachiever. *laugh*
Also if my calculations are right, 8 stories are missing from your page on UTR. *pointed look*
Well thanks very much! This list represents no small amount of effort on your part, you know. By Falling In And In and the Scully/Byers pieces were both last year. How time flies!
And underacheiver? Please. Remember that I do not work and one of my children is in school all day. Actually, looking at this list has me a little scared for my sanity. *laugh*
I'm so sorry about my UTR slacking. I had every intention of having it all to you this past week and I failed spectacularly at catching up.
I'm not sure what has happened to make you decide to leave, I hope just temporarily. If it is for good, I just want to thank you for everything you've written and wish you the best. If you do decide to come back, early season fic would be welcomed. Take care.

Hey, you're the only one who can put up with me, and it's never a chore to beta good stories.

Yeah, all right. I guess I don't have as much free time as you do. Still, I wish I could write just a little faster.

Pssst...they lied to you. That white silk and linen wrap you're wearing is *not* the new Lacroix.
No worries about UTR, I wasn't there over the holidays anyway. I'm just messing with you. There's plenty of time to get it done.

I hope 2010 is a good writing year. Early season fic sounds like a great idea. :)
