Last night was a night of super big happy fun. I'm a happy and very tired and somewhat hungover kind of Rai right now. Work had a function at the Calemvale (spelling? who knows) hotel and there was about a hundred of us there. The boy and I went and I have to say we both looked smashing. I havn't been around much lately, and I'm sorry for that, but at times I just need to curl up into my shell and ignore you all. It's something that's gotten worse of late, but I'm making a concerted effort to do less of it. Cutting myself off from people. But you know? I'm sorry I've been so out of touch lately, but I think I've had three days off in the last month. Damn people quitting work with no notice. Times Three.

Our dog died this morning. Went to the vet for a check up, they gave her a needle, she had a heart attack and died. I'm really going to miss the big lug.
Neets is especially upset, she can't have kids due to a fall down a flight of stairs about ten years ago. So Sasha was kinda her baby. Bear and I are thinking about going and getting a German ( Read more... ) -
