i was hit last year, and when i found the car that hit me the cops told me there was nothing they could do for me...

keep pressing the issue with the hit and run department...
leave a message every time they dont answer, call them back if they dont call you, if they still dont do anything file charges against them

I just watched the video. Very upsetting. The hysterical laughter which turns to sobs was very disturbing. For those that don't know Jen that well they should be aware that she's a very competent cyclist and (apart from other things) makes some awesome bike clothing JenDiamond
