Way back last year my car was due for inspection. I knew it, but I was in the middle of school and a bunch of other things, so staying in line for a few hours wasn't exactly a first option, but still, my responsibility. I'll cop to that. Additionally, I'll even cop to the fact that I should have changed my address before I got my new apartment
