Accidental Awesomeness
So I had looked at the news this evening. Worst joblessness of my lifetime. Unscrupulous billionaires ruining peoples'entire lives, disappearing in jet airplanes, a notice from my credit card today that confirms the tightening credit crunch.... we're in good shape ourselves (most thankfully) but so very many people aren't. It's so cool having a little one that has not been corrupted by Christmas commercialism yet. You ask my three year old what she wants for Christmas, and she says: "A white Christmas." Ask her again another day, and she says "A star for the tree." So cool. :)

How I Spent My LJ Vacation

Busy day. Gymnastics first... Parents Day. Basically this means Sarah and the two (count them, two) other little ones in her class run and jump and play for 45 minutes, as usual, and then they stand up on a piece of foam and get a medal.
