Well a very short intro about myself: born in Russia.... and.... now live in Denmark. 
My primary aim here will be to learn and share my culinary "experiments".  Some other "non-food" thoughts and ideas will certainly pop up in between my entries because after all I wouldn't consider myself as "food-fanatic"...not at all...It's just sometimes I got
