Yesterday I did this famous Italian dish and I loved it. To be honest I did fear that everything will turn out into a messy and gewy porridge-like texture but it didn't! Chicken skewers and crumble pie....fast and easy, no hustle at all :) There are so many many various marinades you can make....this time I tried one with Dijon mustard. Time has come for a real home-made pesto!!! I always used to buy it in jars and now let me say that however fancy and expensive that little jar was, it would never compare to the fresh,home-made one!

It is incredibly easy to make. The recipe is from the book "Pasta" by NGV..
