Can you guys do me a big favor and sign your comments if you're not a livejournal member. I have no clue who's commenting to my journal most of the time and its kind of annoying.

So it has at least temporarily stopped raining. However, it is still nasty outside right now...77 and cloudy/foggy with nearly 100% humidity...ick. The temperature is supposed to be similar for the next few days but its supposed to be partly sunny with scattered thunderstorms. So today was a little too exciting. I had to change hotel rooms today because there was a large puddle of water forming on the floor under the bed in my old room...not good. I tried mopping it up but it just kept spreading so I went down to the front desk and managed to communicate the problem to them. They gave me a key to a new room so I could ( Read more... )

So for my weird food story of the day...Jackie took me to Pizza Hut for lunch today which is just downstairs from the school. Most of the pizza toppings are the same, but a few things are kinda odd and since I can't read Korean I have no clue what the combos are. So I got pepperoni on my half of the pizza. I'm officially in South Korea. I arrived about 6pm last night (2am in Portland). I didn't really sleep on the flight so I was pretty tired when I got here but I managed to stay awake until a relatively normal bedtime so I shouldn't have too much trouble adjusting to the tiem change. So I'm leaving tomorrow for Seattle to have my visa stamped in my passport then flying out on Tuesday via Korean Air. I'm just waiting for my e-ticket to come. Right now I'm just trying to pack and finish laundry and such so I can get up and leave early tomorrow morning.
