Beep. Beep. There is life out there, somewhere and I promise to return to it. Year 5 hit me like a ton of bricks, but it will be over. Valar Morghulis and all. Life is good. Weird, but good. I'm on a relatively easy rotation (where I get to eat!).... and lots of things are happening in my career. May will be a big month for me... -

It's good to get away from work, but it always seems to follow me somehow. Lots of things have happened in the past few weeks, some good and some not. I hope to learn from all of them. -

Q2 call really sucks. 24 hour shifts, 3 times in a row. At least I get postcall days but sheesh.
I read the first book in the Cirque du Freak trilogy. It was okay but not as engaging as I'd hoped. Darren kind of just sounds like a whiny brat, I hope he grows up as the series goes along. -

I haven't had a vacation in so long that I've almost forgotten how it feels. Now, sitting here watching the ocean, I finally can take a deep breath and relax. :) -
