Why judge someone for who they are? Especially when the person judging has flaws of their own. Everyone has their own things that could be considered a flaw. We need to start accepting people because of their flaws. That's what love and life are about. Loving someone for their flaws. I'm glad you realize that it's not worth getting upset over. Let people talk if they want to. It's their loss.
Because judgement from others allows us to see flaws we may not have realized we had, or strengths that we never knew we possessed. Judging is not inheritly bad, hence good judgment and bad judgment. And while it is true there is no perfect being in this world, due to standards set by a group of people (not a single set of standards, mind you, but standards set by friends and governments and families, etc...) it is possible for those who are imperfect to be able to judge soundly. What needs to be kept in mind is differing opinions in judgment and biased points of view. When judgment is biased due to a personal feeling or conflict, then the judgment is flawed itself. If it is unbiased and impersonal, than you might want to look into it closer
