I need a place that I can say "I'm angry" "I'm sad" "I'm hurt" or "I'm happy". I need to be able to say why I feel the way I feel. I need this without retribution. It makes me feel better to see my  thoughts and ideas in front of me. If I write them down I can manage the emotions better. Sounds stupid I know!
