Today's been such an odd day. Where do i start. I rose at 5 AM to catch the plane back to SB. I managed to resist food until 2 pm when I got out of class. My gag reflex is completely screwed, I can hardly get anything up anymore, which is so infuriating given my complete lack of self control. I've eaten a sandwich, roll, crisps and a creme egg and it's only half 12, I still have to have lunch and dinner because mum's off work and theres no getting out of it.

I hate myself for this, and it annoys me that I can't complain about it in my journal :@ Sorry for loading this all on you <3

take a few days off and it'll come right back. I left it alone for two days and it's as good as new.
