haha. i was just conversing my crazy thoughts to a pure full-on catholic from my old church. she's studying something...with something that is...religious studies...or whatever term unhm uses. she listened. but she was totally not buying it. especially, and more so...my logical and fully fact-founded hatred for bush. nice girl though. just not open to real truth. needs mainstream "truth," as most do. told me i was very pessimistic.

possibly. the thing is though...they're ah...able to attain the much desired nirvana...yet forego it to help others. i like that, that's real pleasent sounding, isn't it?

Ah, but the thing about buddhism...
To obtain the much desired nirvana, they give up absolutely all they have in life, included those close to them.
It's quite the feat in one way,
and is impressive to no end.
And I wish I could say I could do such a thing.
But pleasant is not the word I would use for it.

i don't know. the dalai lama seems to lead a pretty sweet life, and he's a bodhisattva. granted...he is in exile...
