Wait, wait, you saw two movies that just came out...and you're in Uganda? Impressive. Dios mio! I hope that you weren't mugged or anything, cause really...in the spectrum of 'purse stealing incidents', getting mugged is worse than, say, realizing it got taken when you weren't paying attention. And also, that sucks a lot anyway. Whooo! HIV/AIDs! Raise some awareness. And, it's almost August! If you ever have an address, or something, I could mail something to you and see if it ever gets there? Anywa, this is getting far too long, so I need to go mow the lawn or whatever. Hasta your mom!
Hehehe there was this really nice movie theater in the city I was in, but now I'm in a tiny town and the whole downtown area is, like, as big as my college dorm room. Haha, not really. And there are all these suspicioud blue and green lizards running around! It's quite excellent. Mwahahaha. I'll try to figure out an address, but no guarantees. And SOMEDAY I'll get around to sending postcards? Posiblemente.

EMILY!!! I totally didn't even know you were going until I read your journal or Hannah told me, or something. Anyway, it sounds like you're having a great time (aside from the whole mugging thing...) and I admire you soooo much for doing all of that! I'm glad you'll be home at the end of the summer though so I can see you before we depart and the next place we meet is some crazy international location! ;) Hope everything goes well! ~~Emily B.
Oh, it's actually gotten better. The town I'm in is really nice, and I now have my own room with a private bathroom, TV, and everything! They make me food and do my laundry and it's pretty sweet. And I don't carry around anything valuable anymore, so I should be good as far as the mugging goes. Hehehe. But still, I can't wait to come home. At least it's June already!
Damn straight it's June! Satan is coming tomorrow, and I think he's coming through the dishwasher in Downer. You can actually hear the soul of the damned screaming when it runs. At least you're all the way in Uganda.
