It's that time of year again. The leaves are changing and my birthday draws near. I remember when October was my favorite month. In many ways it still is, but it's become difficult as well. As a recruiter, I'm learning tons about how to present yourself professionally. I imagine that when I'm going through candidate resumes, it can't be too different from agents going through query letters. I'm experiencing what it's like on the opposite side of the spectrum. First Week on the Job
Well, the first week of my new job has ended, And let me tell you it is VERY demanding. One Goal Accomplished...
I found a job! I'm starting on Monday, which means my last day at Borders is tomorrow. I'm beyond excited. It's everything I hoped for. I'll be using my degree, I'll be getting benefits, and I'll be working full-time... and then some...
