You and the hubby should spend Friday night taking turns carving things into each other's bodies between bouts of fucking each other's brains out and then do the whole paintball thing on Saturday with the rest of your friends.

Then again, I am currently full of habanero wings and beer whilst I wait to go out and spend the evening drinking copious amounts of beer and numerous shots of of tequila, because hey... how else is one supposed to prepare for a Monday morning of work after having spent an entire week with his family? ...Really, the point of this whole rambling rant was: no beer or fried foods? I really don't think we are cut from the same jib, my dear, but I love you dearly regardless of your flaws - always remember that ( ... )

I have slogged through a lot of crap books, as of late. However, I have been keeping track of everything I've read in 2012, and I can provide a few choice picks:
-Blink Malcolm Gladwell: pretty much a case for how "listen to your gut" is legit and SCIENCE-y. In an interesting way.
-The Deadly Dinner Party You'll wonder how you haven't been killed and died by your own food 15 times already. Live in fear of your own sandwich and OJ.

Non-Fiction:
-The Magicians and Magician King by Lev Grossman: If Marilyn Manson before he became famous was into D & D, found out it all existed, and got the chance to get in there
-Life of Pi : I don't care if it was part of Oprah's book club. It was a pretty good book.

I've gotten through the first three Game of Thrones books, and i'm about halfway through the fourth. I'm finding the fourth one hard to get through.

I don't have a Good Reads account, but after seeing yours, I feel it's necessary. Standby on this.
