I went and got those weird lumps on my neck check out. Or what I mean by that is, I made an appointment with a doctor who looked at them, told me they were my lymph nodes, they were not swollen enough to biopsy, and sent me home.

About a month before I went on the New Zealand vacation, I noticed a hard lump under my skin on the back of my neck, just slightly beneath my skull. On April 3, 2012, which is our 3rd anniversary, J and I are going to the park where we picnicked for our 1st anniversary and and we will exchange vows in front of a notary.
