That with the amount of energy I am putting into being fresh, completely "on," and ready to take on and learn whatever this new gig is throwing at me, there seems to be an equal and opposite ability to put myself out there for socializing. First week done at the new job. I dig it. There are a few defined tasks, but it's mainly a troubleshooting, general problem solving position. I like the varied pace and the high contact with people. I turned 29 this past Wednesday. I decided to be completely self-indulgent and took the day off work (first time I've done that in...a decade or more, I'd wager).
