Today is the birthday of someone very, very, very special to me and even if she's been dead for more than two years now, this day will always be a day to party and eat chocolate in her honor. Can't believe I forgot to tell you this. One of my other grandma's friends (the one who's still alive) came by the other day to... see me. For some godforsaken reason. Anyway. She started asking me something about having a drink, I don't know, I wasn't paying attention and I'm like: "Oh, sorry. I don't really drink much, I don't think I have anything. Plus... isn't it gonna kill you in combination with your meds?" And then she's coughs and winks and goes: "Oh, I meant... at a party... like... a wedding party?" *headdesk* "It's ABOUT time..." *doubleheaddesk*

it's sad and annoying that the first q anyone asks me directly or another person about me is if I am married yet, and then they give me that look.
