And also kinda ashamed this time because I DIDN'T LOOK! I know this happens to me when I'm lost and then I'm like a guy, I can only totally zero in on THAT problem trying to see where I'm going and how to get there and totally ignore everything else. It's a lame excuse, but still... I don't think it can be fixed.
Yay! cause nothing major happened but what i think is the most important is that you are OK...cause call me paranoic but car accidents can be incredibly dangerous depending the velocity you usually drive so yeah i'm really, really happy you are ok.
Yeah, I KNOW! There are so many ways in which I could fuck up real bad, but fortunately, I tend to crawl instead of driving when I'm lost. I lose focus when I don't know where I'm going and this happens, but I also lose most of the speed so that's something I guess.
Oh that tag will reveal a lot... Probably not wise to click it. ;)
Six MONTHS?? That's damn serious for something so minor. I mean, it's stressful as hell but no one was hurt and no serious damage was done. 10 euros is just about right. :) You are OK and that's most important, a car is just a thing.
Funnily enough, I was thinking the same thing about the happiness meme (which I REALLY don't have the time to do): I should be happy that nothing WORSE happened to me, i.e. that only my car radio antenna got broken in the car wash, and not, say, the windscreen.

Not when the accident happens because *someone* was too stressed out because she didn't even know where she was going to check the mirror before switching lanes.
But I've learned my lesson. I'm so grateful, I'm writing, hoping to spread the joy of the happiness meme... ;)
I'm not big on not taking responsibility for your screwups, even though in this case it's a golf-sized ball one. But still. I need to drive MORE and learn every single road here cause I'm fine when I actually know where I'm going. Not driving for six months isn't going to fix that.

I DID! Twice! I guess I'm just that hopeless!
I do OK when I'm on familiar roads, I drive fast and I have good reflexes, not afraid, etc. When I don't know where I am? It all goes to hell.
