I keep getting leg cramps when I excercise. I've always heard that comes from being dehydrated, but I'm fairly certain I drink plenty. I wonder what else it could be.

Potassium, calcium or magnesium deficiencies all spring to mind as possible culprits. Are you taking any vitamins?

heh, I have taken vitamins on and off, but my diet sucks so it wouldn't surprise me if it was a deficiency of some sort.

Try Potassium. Eat more bananas or try some supplements.
