http://amatsubu.livejournal.com/197601.html The moment Harley opened his eyes he knew that Ian was gone. For some reason that man felt that he wasn't good enough for Harley. What Ian didn't realize was that Harley wasn't ready to let him go and was willing to fight to keep his man.
Harley knew Ian was involved in some dangerous things. He knew all about Ian's family and the jobs that they were asking his love to perform. What they didn't know about was him. He had tried to leave so many things behind when he had come to this city. Tried to make a new, fresh start for himself. He was willing to leave all of that behind for Ian though.
Since Harley had adopted a personality of being quiet and non-confrontational and perhaps due to his smaller stature, everyone tended to underestimate him. His mother loved to call him waifish and it wasn't uncommon for him to have to shop in the boys section for clothes. It didn't help matters that he wore his mousy brown hair in a long braid and his eyes were way too big for his face. Or that his nose was little and turned up at the end, but that was why he used to wear a mask and nothing but black clothing before he tried to change who he used to be.
Deciding he was going to have to step back into the past in order to save Ian, Harley got out of bed and made his way towards his closet. Moving hangers of clothes out of the way, he tapped four times on the inside wall of the closet and a panel popped out with clothes and weapons carefully placed in precise slots. Strapping numerous knives and throwing stars to his body he began to carefully dress, wrapping his body in darkness, becoming the weapon he had thought that he had placed to rest.
He would get his Ian back or there would be a blood bath.
