Andy just called and gave me a license to rock my Property exam this afternoon. And I can feel free to rely on it so it becomes irrevocable under estoppel. He said he would have granted me an easement to rock, but he doesn't own the test. It felt good to laugh.

I feel like I'm going to barf.

Funny, I'm feeling pretty similar, but that's (all of a sudden) registering for the bar exam! Good luck. You'll do well, I promise.

If Andy doesn't have any ownership interests in the Property exam, can he grant you a license to rock it?

And just remember, being a lawyer isn't all it's cracked up to be. If something happens and you pass out, nobody notices, and you don't write down a single word on this exam, you may be grateful, in the long run. (How's that for a long sentence? If you made sense of that during the first pass-through, you'll do fine.)
