People are so fucking cruel sometimes. It always starts out with me being nice to them or just going on about my business and them shitting all over me and then rubbing it in my face

I've had seats and rear wheels stolen before. once I came out of work to find some dipshit had tried to steal my rear wheel again, but failed due to my excessive use of locks.
The best was walking towards my bike, being passed by a dude on his bike... he starts to swing his leg around so he can get off and walk his bike down the short stairs... he clips his rear tire with his foot, takes a header into the helmet locked to my bike, breaking it, then gets up and leaves before I can get over the shock of what I just saw and comment.
ok, that wasn't really a bike theft story, but more a dumbass with a bike story... eh, oh well.
Teenagers will steal anything that isn't nailed down and if it is nailed down, they will probably break it. If you catch them, they react as if they had every right to do what they'd just done and like YOU are the moron. The word respect means nothing to them and they think the world owes them everything.
that is SO fucking true i deal with mostly disrespectful teens at the library and it's disgusting they behave EXACTLY as you just described
Aw thanks! That's very nice of you but I don't have paypal. No bank accounts here cause I have nothing to put in them...heh. You need that money for your divorce anyway. The sooner you get that taken care of, the better.
I'm really sorry about your bike. Where was it when that happened? I guess if it's not locked up don't let it leave your site. I totally understand the rant about teenagers, unfortunately it's not only teenagers that do crap like that either, which makes the situation a whole lot worse.
