i'm so tired-------and in so much pain-------i want to cry but-------something stops me--------so many emotions and exauseteion and pain stop me somehow------my head hurts------i'm thirsty------my muscles are sore--------something is gripping my throat right around my addams apple--------like it wants to squeese the breath out of me-------choking

sorry you feel bad about your weight but i do too about mine---how are you i haven't talked to you in like a year

I'm doing so-so. I'm restricting my eating, or at least trying to, hoping to lose some weight.
