snowed in. the weather reminded me much of my mood on things lately. captivating and fleeting, and yet driving people away, into their homes. a mellow stinging cold, but that one flake on your eyelid doesn't mean much. it melts, but it was always there

mmm the postal service..i've never heard anyone besides my brother talk about them. they're incredible, especially the JFK song. love them.

hanging out with you guys would be se awesome - unfortunately, i can't go on the snowboard trip. but i'll go next time - i'm really upset that i can't go.

rather than being snowed in last night, we had to trek it from mass. but it wasnt so bad - driving along the deserted highway with the snowfalling red from the glow of the lights was so beautiful. i love winter.

probably my favorite song by the postal service is 'brand new colony.' they're one of my favorite bands.

i think that the endless line of cars and their headlights on the highway looks like an indifferent string of christmas lights, but nonetheless it is beautiful.
