Sleep

I haven't been sleeping well lately and my back has been hurting.. last night I took some Tylenol PM because that always works for me. I slept about 12 hours without waking up at all, and it felt really good. I just took some more about an hour ago, and I'm not tired yet, but I'm starting to zone out a little. i think taking time for yourself is the best thing you can do right now. especially when you are so stressed out. because then things could get worse, and worse things would not be good.

so take care of yourself, and worry about others later. i think its time you took time for yourself.
