I have a second interview on Monday afternoon with the EPA. I want this fellowship. It is a one year deal with an option for 2 more. It is with ORISE, which is a federal fellowship program. Thanks in advance

Every time they talk about tropical storm debby, my dad says, tropical storm potty mouth..

Just finished my last exam about 30 minutes ago. I am done. My parents get here on Friday morning and I graduate on Saturday afternoon. Then I leave for OH on Sunday, stopping possibly to see Niagara Falls. I will be back home on Monday.
I am sad...two years went by fast.

Yesterday was my last day of class...most likely ever. It made me sad. For one of my classes we had a 'field trip' to a preserve. We got to watch someone from the health department vaccinate a raccoon. I picked up my cap and gown and hood and tassel today. Pretty purple and gold...and salmon. Yes that is the color of my school, public health. I just love the Easter Vigil Mass, it is the Catholic Mass. So much tradition, so much Truth.

I am going to Boston!! November 4-8. I get $500. Yay! GO me!!! I am psyched. I am so excited. Those that know me know that I am bouncing up and down in celebration.

Yesterday at Mass, I found out the Christ is not a lamb, but a piece of beef. The cantor pronounced Angus (Dei) as if it was a type of meat and not as lamb in Latin. I was greatly disturbed that someone leading the congregation did not know how to pronounce the words properly. It was horrible. Poor Jesus.

I just got a job interview offer but I cannot accept it. Because they are doing interviews in person during the week of my midterms. The position is in TX and I really wanted it. It is not fair.
