Things at Home: 3 humans, 0 cats. We lost our Nermal a few days before Thanksgiving. Very sad, but not a surprise at nineteen-and-a-half.

I'm glad the humans are all well. I am sorry to hear about the death of Nermal, I know you were expecting it, but even so, it's still upsetting. It seems she went very peacefully, which is the best way. I can imagine how strange it must seem not to have cats around, given how many years you have had them.

I'm sure there will be other cats too.

I'm glad you've made a minor bit of progress at work.

Thank you. It's definitely strange having no inside cats, but we do still have the two outside, Swirl & Orville, who are still a bit wary about this whole 'inside' business, but are getting much friendlier with us. Hopefully when it gets warmer out, Mom and I can spend some time out with them and get them to come in.

I'm glad Swirl & Orville are getting more friendly with you; hopefully they will indeed at some point venture inside.
