1) We went exploring up Dundry hill, and may have located SLOES. Roll on autumn.

2) Dora ate a fat stalk of cooked asparagus approximately a quarter of her own length. I assume this in the range of is normal for cats?

MANY things are, apparently, normal for cats (according to them).

They do need to eat a certain amount of "greens" (normally grass) to aid digestion.

Cats also seem to delight in trying to confuse humans, and varying the rules between them as they see fit.

You've seen Trouble eat houseplants, right?
Actually, she's been doing that with ever increasing enthusiasm. Having hidden her worst-off victims from her, I have started growing spinach plants in pots and putting them where she can find them when they're a couple of inches high. You should see her reaction, she really likes the idea.

See if it makes her pee smell funny.
Tengen ate my money tree and a cat at work ate a 2p coin - how or why are things only it knows.

With Dora, pretty much anything is possible, dear :-)
