My sleep was riddled with 'nightmares' last night.

The most disturbing was the one about my boyfriend having an affair with my best friend.

I know this would never ever happen. Still it is rather distressing. I remember every detail as if it was an actual memory. It seems burned into my conciousness and i can't get rid of it.
