Sometimes it feels as though you are being attacked by walls, appliances. You stay stationary, they stay stationary. The fact that I am extraordinarily unhappy with my life might have something to say about this. I will never move and neither will the walls but my paranoia will remain in motion.

Late late at night, you can see the Dromedius looming over the road. One might call them beasts but they might as well be machines. They are dark and ancient and massive and nobody is quite sure what they are doing out in the desert so long after all plant matter was uprooted and moved to the cities.
